If you reset a password, and still cannot access your account, please contact technical support using the Feedback form.
When you select that checkbox, a cookie should be saved on your computer that would allow you to skip this step next time you log in. Please make sure that your browser can save cookies and is not set to delete cookies automatically. To provide greater security for your information, VOKA® utilizes two-factor authentication. When you log in with your email and password, a one-time security code will be sent to your email address. You must enter the code on the Enhanced Security page when prompted.
Check the Spam folder if you haven’t received the code within a few minutes. Also, add the email address ktbga-notifications@ktbenefits.com to your contacts to make sure VOKA® emails don't get missed.
If you enter a security code incorrectly five times, your account will be locked out temporarily. Please try to log in again later.
If you are working on secure personal or business device, you may opt in to save your browser to avoid being asked for a security code at each login. Select “Remember this browser for 30 days” and you won’t be prompted for a security code in that browser for the next month.
