If you can’t gain access to VOKA®, click “Forgot your password?” link and submit your email address. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
If you reset a password, and still cannot access your account, please contact technical support using the Feedback form.
To provide greater security of your information, VOKA® utilizes two-factor authentication. When you log in with your email and password, a one-time security code will be sent to your email address. You will need to enter the code on the Enhanced Security page when prompted.
If you entered a security code incorrectly 5 times, your account will be locked out for a short period of time. Please try to login again later.
If you are working on secure personal or business device, you may opt in to save your browser to avoid being asked for a security code at each login. Select “Remember this browser for 30 days” and you won’t be prompted for a security code in that browser for the next month.
When you select that checkbox, a cookie should be saved on your computer that would allow you to skip this step next time you log in. Please make sure that your browser can save cookies and is not set to delete cookies automatically.
